Blimps Circuit

The Thang: 

Warm up lap around parking lot loop

Circle up for a few minutes of stretching and warm up

  • 10 Little baby arm circles (Forward/Backward)-IC
  • 10 Moroccan night clubs-IC
  • 10 Bird Dogs (Left/Right)-IC
  • 10 Bird Dogs (Right/Left)-IC
  • 15 SSH-IC
  • 10 Fire Hydrants each leg-OYO
  • 10 Hip Circles each leg-OYO

B.L.I.M.P.S.

Each workout was designated to a respective light pole and the pax ran a full lap (0.15 mile) around the loop before moving on to the next light pole and workout

  • 5 Burpees
  • 10 Lunges each leg
  • 15 Imperial Walkers
  • 20 Merkins
  • 25 Plank Jacks
  • 30 Squats

After the pax finished the circuit, they walked backwards from the last light pole doing each workout again in backwards order in one single lap

We finished with a few sets OYO

  • 10 Dips
  • 2 Sets of 20 crunches
  • 10 V-ups

  • The men and women overseas serving our country
