If You Can’t Stand the Heat…Post Anyway

17 sweaty PAX posted on our nation’s birthday for a classic smokefest.  It involved baseball fields, guest Qs, and humidity so high we could chew on it.  Here’s what happened:

Naked Man Moleskin

YHC attempted to EH the Deputy Fire Marshall at the Pier who swore he could do 40 merkins on the spot but wasn’t willing to prove it.  EH fail.  Maybe next time

Great to have several visiting PAX from other regions.  Hope you’ll continue to include F3 St. Simons in your vacation plans.  We’ll keep you in shape between the beer and burgers

Welcome to FNG Flash who in a misunderstood but quick on his feet move, attempted to name himself.  Thankfully this was caught and the PAX (and his brother Lemonhead) gave him a proper F3 name.

Great takeout by Twinkle Toes, reminding us of why this day in our history is so important.

Announcements

For any out of towners who will still be here, our next workout is Thursday morning at 5:15AM at Oglethorpe Point Elementary School

Hope everyone had a safe and happy 4th of July.  We’re blessed men to be a part of both F3Nation and this great country we call home.

  1. Good job on the Q, Cow Tipper. Solid leading of the motley crew of 16 others. As expected, you did not give those doing the Double Down any help on the 5K. Kudos.
