Warm Up:

30 SSH, Chicken Wings, 10 LBAC F &R


20 minutes of EMOM –> 15 squats, 10 lunges, 5 merkins

Partner laps with fitness opposites.  While one partner ran a lap the other did the following workouts:  Dips, wall sits, arm circles w/coupon, doggie paddles
