Coupons Galore!

Friday morning, I checked and saw the Q was open for Sailor’s Warning, and decided it would be a good time to do some more yoga beatdown and break out some cool stuff from my home gym.  That said, Saturday morning’s workout was as follows:

Warm-up: 15 SSH, RIP, high knees, butt kicks (3minutes total), yoga (consisting of warrior 1, up dog, down dog, wild thing, pigeon stretch, and crow pose to headstand).

The Thang: 16 station circuit, 1 minute exercise 30 seconds rest. The stations were: farmer carry (2×50# sand bags), sand bag lunge twist, burpees, kettle bell swings, goblet squat with overhead press, jump squat, mountain climbers, wind mill (RH/LH), Turkish get up (RH/LH), merkins, American slammers, etc.
