Iron Popcorn

It was a beautiful and unseasonably comfortable Tuesday morning with 5 PAX deciding to show up for this week’s Iron Man beat down.  Even though D2 claimed to have signed up to Q this morning, the PAX took turns, each leading a mini workout (popcorn Q).

Warmup – Woz

  • 15 x Body Twists
  • 15 x Windmills
  • 15 x Little Baby Arm Circles
  • 15 x Moroccan Night Clubs
  • 15 x Chinooks

Legs – D2

  • 10 x Slow Air Squats
  • 15 x Side Straddle Hops
  • 10 x Smurf Jacks
  • 10 x Forward Lunge (each leg)
  • 10 x Reverse Lunge (each leg)
  • 15 x Baby Jumping Air Squat
  • 15 x Smurf Jacks
  • 20 x Calf Raises

Arms and Back – Bundy

  • Three rounds of each:
    • 10 x Decline Merkins
    • 10 x Dips
    • 10 x Merkins
    • 10 x Diamond Merkins
    • 10 x Chest Presses

Abs – Hammerhead

  • 20 x Flutter Kicks
  • 10 x WWI Sit-ups
  • 10 x Dolly
  • A bunch more stuff that hurt really bad

Cardio – Loveseat

  • 10 x Man Makers
  • 10 x 2-count Reverse Hand Merkins
  • 10 x Imperial Walkers
  • 10 x Hillbillies
  • 10 x High Knees

We closed with count-o-rama, name-o-rama, announcements and prayer requests.  Please continue to pray for Bundy’s father-in-law, as well as all of the fart sackers that skipped today’s workout.
