150 Tricep Extensions (while partner holds Plank, swap after 25x)
200 High Pulls (while partner holds Superman, swap after 25x)
150 Curls (while partner holds Plank, swap after 25x)
100 Bent-Over Rows (while partner holds Boat Pose, swap after 25x)
