Tuesday Tabata

Q-Twinkletoes posted on slack last night that he’s coming down with something, so YHC stepped in to help.  10 PAX, including 2 visitors.  Workout is as follows:


Warm Up-

Weed pickers, windmills, self hugs, shoulder and triceps stretch. About 3 -4 minutes

Tabata- 13:30 minutes (20seconds on, 10 seconds rest) of SSH, speed skates, Imperial Walkers, weighted triceps extensions, curls, OH press, bent over rows, 2x 1-minute planks, merkins, wide merkins, diamond merkins, ab crunches, plank jacks, mountain climbers, and other fun stuff.

Lunge to trees with weight. Weighted presses, flutter kicks, Dolly, Rosalita, 6″ hold, 30°-45°-90° and overhead lunge back to start for KBS, windmills, 10 burpees and 5 get ups.

10 minutes of yoga and stretches.



Dolphin Day this Saturday, beatdown: same bat time, same bat channel, ERT training at Wesley beginning at 8:30.  Contact Milkbone if you want to sign up.  2nd year anniversary beatdown scheduled on 3/10.
