I reached out to a couple of the PAX and ask for them to bring their sandbags and carabiners, and a few responded! I hooked mine together, and added Miklbone’s & Twinkle Toes when they arrived and we fored the Pain Train!!! Surely to only grow in myth and length as we add more bags. We welcomed back kotter Warpig, who appeared out of nowhere! After the disclaimer announcement, we started the COP, and headed into a non-running strength and core love fest.

Thang: We had 5 sandbags linked together 60-40-60-40-80 (more like 250lbs) and we gathered 6 PAX on the train. YHC and 2 others used rucks or dumbbells for the exercises. Those on the Train had to work TOGETHER or it turned into a struggle bus!
