Kudos to Uptown Girl for posting even after getting all the way to the AO without his shoes, doubling back, and making it for the rest of the workout.  Plenty of guys would have retreated to the fartsack after that…

PR disaster averted at the church where the collective manliness of our PAX nearly brought down their fence.  Note to future Qs – stagger on each side of it to balance out the weight

Appreciate the call out from Pusser, keeping me honest on my Dora laps and pushing me to work harder and not cut corners.

Good first attempt at Superman from our PAX.  For the record, these are the lyrics to The Greatest American Hero which is to be sung while holding a Superman flying position on the ground:

Believe it or not,
I’m walking on air.
I never thought I could feel so free-
Flying away on a wing and a prayer.
Who could it be?
Believe it or not it’s just me.
