*That was just the warm-up*

We had a nice 82 degree breeze to move the hot air around and an incredible heat-lightning display sponsored by our creator for this Monday morning workout.  In attendance was: @d2, @uptowngirl, @heehaw, @rosebud, and yours truly.

For the warmup…Inchworm from sidewalk to flag-pole.  This was the hardest part of the day.

Mosey to playground.  5 pull-ups, 10 hanging knee raises.  Mosey to lighthouse and back.  5 pull-ups, 10 hanging knee raises.

Mosey to Ocean Inn and Suites.  20 tempo-levitation squats, holding the bench for support.  Then 20 Sunday Night Rides (thrusters).  We did these quite loudly, directly in front of the breakfast room.  My hope was that a car would ride by or we would wake some guests.  Perfect form from @uptowngirl. Looked like something was pent up inside there…

Mosey to casino. 5 headstand merkins, 10 dive-bombers.  Repeat.

Mosey to last small oak sapling.  10 yard speed-skaters down and back. 10 yard hop skips down and back.  10 yard low squat shuffles, down and back. 20 yard karaoke (step-overs), down and back. 10 mule kickers, mosey, 10 mule kickers.

Ended with a slow controlled 10 yard lounge down and back.

Announcements: @rosebud is not allowed to talk anymore by order of the Nantan.  This was a much anticipated announcement after his “blue balls” comments, followed by snuggles with weiner dog.

Much fun was had by all.
