I came unprepared (forgot I had the Q) but managed to put together a fairly decent workout. After a light warm-up, the group of 15 PAX completed four (4) laps around parking lot with 4 rounds of Baby Jump Squats, Merkins, and Side Straddle Hops. Finished with a Fartlek course of AB exercises which included some absolutely ridiculous exercise meant to cause irreversible damage to everyone’s knee caps (not my idea). Forgot the name of that exercise but that’s ok because I am making a command decision to ban it from F3. Anyway…finished the Fartlek course with a set of each AB exercise (minus the knee breakers). Good times and an awesome group of men.
By the way – “Fartlek” means a system of training in which the pace and intensity of exercise are continually varied to eliminate boredom and enhance psychological aspects of conditioning.
