Trying to work out the stiffness from Siris Saturday “ratio” beatdown – we took it easy this Monday. And as a bonus, the breeze was blowing so we took full advantage and headed out to the pier. See, I already got something wrong. Gathering around the flags, disclaimer then mosey to the pier. From there we did or warm up. Special attention was paid to the shoulders because mine were sore.
1×4 ratio of Squats to lunges – across the pier and then back to the midpoint. Found a guy sleeping on the far end of the pier on the lower level – guess you had better not roll the wrong was at night.
DORA – 100Carolina Dry docks (happy those shoulders are warm now), 200 squats & 300LBC. Run to the parking lot and back.
DORA – 50 diamond merkins, 100 sumo squats, 150 American hammers
Grab a bench – back and forth on Dips and decline merkins (LOTS)
Mosey back toward the AO, but wait – stop at the benches under the roof and do more dips and merkins.
