5 PAX joined D2 Saturday morning for a little jog around the park.

After a short warm-up out on the pier, we made our way to the basketball court at the park.

Reps for Kobe – 24

Beginning on the baseline run to mid-court and perform an exercise, run back to the baseline, then run the length of the court and perform the same exercise. Repeat until all reps are completed.

For the first series, the exercise was ‘The Rebound”, a squat jump where you must actively pretend you are getting a rebound.  3 sets of 8 at mid-court and 2 sets of 12 at far baseline. Repeated the series with Merkins’.

A little partner work followed by 24.

Facing your partner – squat walk down the court together high-fiving at the top of each squat. Carry partner back to starting baseline and repeat.

After the basketball court, we made our way to the baseball field for a few obnoxiously long bear crawls, and quite a bit of core work in the form of American Hammers and Big Boy Sit-ups.

Mosey back to the flags with a big sprint finish.

Manna House – February 1st
