Mountain Climbing
Climb over concrete tables (“mountains”) under the Oak, 5 sets of each exercise, repeat entire thing 5 times

  • Groiners 5x4C
  • climb over 5 mountains
  • Big Boy Situps 5x4C
  • climb over 5 mountains
  • REPEAT 5 TIMES

Hill Climbing – at the foot of the Lighthouse

  • Bear Crawl to top of Hill
  • Groiners TEN x4C
  • Bear Crawl to bottom of Hill
  • American Hammers TEN x4C
  • REPEAT 3 TIMES (it felt like more)

Thanks to @butterfingerr@WAR chicken & @loveseat for showing up for this morning’s mountain climbing lessons.  It was a doozy and we were all flat on our backs on the ground, panting, and staring up at the lighthouse by the end.  @loveseat even lost it and tumbled down the hill in a couple of somersaults (pretty impressive actually).  Total 6 vertical bear crawls, 25 mountain climbovers, 50 BBS, 60 plyometric Merkin Jacks, 120 American Hammers, and 240 Groiners.
