Pearls on a string

Easy peasy little Monday morning, we were able to keep our distance, and go the distance.

Don Quixote IC to get the body loosened up, then straight into the good we stuff. I heard a few grumbles as I mentioned “let’s stretch our legs”. We carefully grossed the road and started our mosey stopping at each light for 10 Merkins, 10 crunchy frogs, BBSU, LBC, some sort ab workout, and 10 squats. 13 lights down, 13 lights back….. 260 reps of each exercise and 2 miles of running. 43 minutes of a good time!
