Another amazing morning on St. Simons!
11 pax including 1 FNG posted for another D2 beatdown.
Thank you to HeeHaw for entertaining and starting to warm-up the pax as the Q was running a little behind schedule.
Brief disclaimer and then we took a jog to the lighthouse.
At the lighthouse – Arm Circles, OH Claps, Side-Straddle Hops, Merkins, Squats.
Mosey to SSUMC
At SSUMC – Spilt into two teams. 1 team holds plank, 1 did a short down and back with 6 burpees. Repeat several rounds.
Mosey back to the lighthouse
At the lighthouse – Bear Crawl up the “hill”, do 2 push-ups, lunge and squat walk back to the starting line. Repeat several rounds.
Mosey to the Casino
At Casino- 2 decline merkins, 4 regular merkins, 6 incline merkins until the Q says to rest. Rest followed by SSHs. Then the fun started all over again.
Around the Flag pole – 6-minute abs (BBSU, flutter kicks, boat and canoe, planks)
Finished the workout with 5 sprints at (50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90% of max effort)
