EMOM

8 men gathered to get sweaty on a beautiful SSI morning. We mosey’d to the field and ran in circles. Then we did a few warm ups including my new fav, jack squats (SSH except at bottom you squat down and touch the ground).

The thang:

Round 1, planked in a circle, took turns running around circle and everyone did a merkin when they got passed.

Round 2, Mosey’d to parking lot, every minute on the minute (EMOM) we did 5 merkins, 5 squats and 5 BBSU, then a short sprint. Whatever time you had left you got to rest. 10 rounds (a few we did with sets of 10).

Round 3, At SSES everyone did 100pullups – age . When you stopped you had to do 5 merkins and 5 squats.

Round 4, back in a circle, EMOM switch between plank, feet 6 inches, and half squat (kept @uptowngirl honest as he did a full squat resting position!). Meanwhile we each took turns running the little track at the playground.

Mosey’d back to big flag for close up, prayed that all the elected officials involved in Arbery case get voted out of office.

I told them at the beginning it would be the easiest workout ever and I think I kept my word. Peace!
