8 Pax and then Blackberry showed up late…

CMU exercises with a short jog ( carting your own weights)

100 merkin ( sets of 2o)

150 overhead presses

200 baby crunches

250 cmu curls

300 weighted squats ( we did not get to them)

It sucked that morning, the next morning , and the morning after that…

Since we didn’t finish sounds like we’ll be seeing this again…soon.
