At park, 7 circuits:

  2. 20 single count Close Grip Merkins (IC), 20 Broad Jumps – Run Back
  3. 20 single count Clap Merkins (OYO), 20 Inch Worms – Run Back
  4. 20 double count Squats (IC), 20 Bear Crawls – Run Back
  5. 20 double count Bonnie Blairs (IC), 20 Crab Walks – Run Back
  6. 20 single count 180 Jump Squats (IC), 20 speed skaters – Run Back
  7. 20 Burpees, 20 Mule Kicks (OYO)

Mosey back to flags at OPES.

I did my best not to serve merlot for the group, successfully.  That said, the humidity made this one extremely difficult.  Great way to start the day.
