Haw Week… the final countdown

We ended the Haw Week of Hero WODs with a good one. Disclaimer was mentioned, conditions were hot and muggy, and we WENT TO WORK!

After waking up an hour early, enjoying a cup of coffee and a poop… I picked my my neighbor FNG and we headed toward the AO. Upon arrival, I realized I had the flags so we rushed back home to retrieve them.

Tha Thang hero WOD BERT! We did it as a partner beat down and the workout consisted of the following for time-ish: 50 Burpees, 400 meter run, 100 pushups, 400 meter run, 150 walking lunges, 400 meter run, 200 air squats, 400 meter run, 150 walking lunges, 400 meter run, 100 pushups, 400 meter run, 50 Burpees.

One of my twins was my partner, and we got after it!

We welcomed FNG’s Mr Rogers (my neighbor) and pickle pounder’s brother Father Dough
