Started with a full disclaimer then a 5 minute warm up consisting of (Arm Circles, Neck Rolls, Weed Pickers, OH Claps, and Squats)

Mosey to the road in front of Half Shell for a line drill with lunges

Mosey to the Casio

5 declines merkins, 10 merkins, 15 incline merkins, 20 step ups (or box jumps)

Peter Parkers

5 declines merkins, 10 merkins, 15 incline merkins, 40 step ups (or box jumps)

Boat and Canoe

80 step ups (or box jumps)

10 to 1 calf raises with a lap around the inside of the casino between each set

merkins to failure (respect to dodgeball for crushing this one)
