Ten men met in gloom to push themselves.

Warmed up with Weed Pickers, Little Baby Arm Circles, Tempo Squats and Tempo Merkins.

Set of ten each, four count, in cadence curls, tricep extensions, bent over rows, and overhead presses.

Lazy Dora One:

100 merkins change with partner in sets of ten, partner planks.

200 LBCs change with partner in sets of twenty, partner six inch leg lift

300 squats change with partner in sets of thirty, partner maintains squat, bundy squat, etc.

Walk circle with weight between each round.

100 two count shoulder taps change with partner in sets of ten, partner planks.

100 BB Situps change with partner in sets of ten, partner six inch leg lift

100 weighted squats change with partner in sets of ten, partner maintains squat, bundy squat, etc.
