We focused on speed for this workout.
Part 1
short 200 meter hard runs with 1 exercise (‘merkins, planks, peter parkers, dips) in-between each run. Repeat about 5x
Part 2
Suicides along the back of the school where all the posts are located
Completed a down and back for half of all the posts. after completing the 1st down section each person owed 30 merkins, 75 squats, and 15 burpees then finished the suicide
