Rubicon circuit

As usual, it was an intimate gathering at Rubicon, though this did give us a chance to catch up a little with each other while working out.  Got in close to two miles running too. We even briefly visited the pool afterwards to say hey to @catnip.

Warmup – 15 IC SSH, 10 IC Windmill, 10 IC squat, 15 IC LBAC, 15 IC LBAC reverse, 15 IC Moroccan Night Club

Mosey to track

OYO – 30 Merkins, 40 Squats, 50 Crunchy Frogs

Mosey half mile track

OYO – 30 Carolina Dry Docks, 40 jump lunges, 50 American Hammers

Mosey half mile track

OYO – 30 incline Merkins, 40 monkey jumpers, 50 LBCs

Mosey half mile track, then back to cars

OYO – 40 dips, 20 curls with 25 lb coupons in each hand
