F3 12 Days of Christmas

In what is starting to become an annual tradition, we gathered at the pier for a festive, painful, and fun beatdown structured as the 12 days of Christmas.  9 PAX joined in the merriment.

The Thang

Warmup lap around the casino lawn, grab a coupon from the beach, and then we got to it

Run to the end of the pier and back between each day

  • 1 – jump squat
  • 2 – SSH
  • 3 – merkins
  • 4 – overhead presses (with coupon)
  • 5 – burpees
  • 6 – dollys
  • 7 – mountain climbers
  • 8 – big boy situps
  • 9 – carolina dry docks
  • 10 – bent over rows (with coupon)
  • 11 – plank jacks
  • 12 – jumping lunges

Carry your coupon down the pier for the final leg

Below serves as photo evidence of VANDALISM to the 12 days chart.  You’ll notice that day 12 says “deep breaths.”  There were, in fact, no deep breaths on day 12 (or any day) of Christmas.  Only pain and suffering
